Terms of Service

Last updated July 16, 2026.

We are not a law firm. These terms are written in plain English to describe how we work. If your business is in a regulated industry, we recommend having your attorney review them or replace them with industry-specific terms. Formal client engagements are governed by the signed Client Agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this page.

1. Website use

By using flextheweb.com you agree to use the site lawfully and to not interfere with its operation (no scraping in ways that harm performance, no attempted intrusion, no misuse of forms).

2. Free demos

We may offer a free custom demo before you commit to a paid plan. The demo is provided "as-is" and remains our property until a project is engaged and paid for under our Client Agreement.

3. Paid services

Paid work is governed by the signed Client Agreement, which covers scope, pricing, payment terms, revisions, ownership, and cancellation. If anything on this page conflicts with that Agreement, the Agreement wins.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — copy, graphics, code, logos — is owned by Flex the Web or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. Client project ownership is defined in the Client Agreement.

5. Client responsibilities

Some services require the client to complete steps on their own account (for example: verifying a Google Business Profile, connecting a calendar, setting up email at their domain host, or providing credentials for services they own). We'll tell you what we need and you'll complete those steps on your side.

6. No professional advice

We are a web and marketing services provider — not a law firm, accounting firm, or medical/financial advisor. Any templates we provide (privacy policies, terms, disclaimers) are starting points, not legal advice, and we recommend having an attorney review them for your industry.

7. Third-party services

Websites we build may integrate third-party services (hosting, analytics, payment processors, scheduling tools, etc.). We're not responsible for those providers' outages, policy changes, or terms.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The website and free demos are provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flex the Web is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Liability for paid services is addressed in the Client Agreement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Flex the Web is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
