Website Services Agreement
Between Flex the Web ("we," "us") and the Client identified below ("you").

- Starter — $499 setup + $49/mo (5-page site)
- Growth — $999 setup + $79/mo (10-page site, advanced SEO, blog, analytics)
- Custom — quoted separately
Add-ons (check all that apply):
- Logo design — $99 one-time
- Admin panel — events manager ($149 setup + $10/mo)
- Admin panel — image / gallery manager ($99 setup + $5/mo)
- Admin panel — lead inbox ($99 setup + $10/mo)
- Admin panel — full bundle ($299 setup + $20/mo)
Post-launch content updates beyond the monthly allowance are billed at $25 per update.
Adding a brand-new page to the site after launch is billed at $75 per page (covers design, build, and SEO setup for that page).
3. Fees & payment
- Setup fee is due before we launch the live site.
- Monthly hosting/service is billed on the 1st of each month.
- Either party can cancel monthly service with 15 days' written notice to info@flextheweb.com.
- Setup fees are non-refundable once the free demo has been delivered and approved.
3a. Late payment policy
- Monthly invoices are due on the 1st. A payment is considered late after 7 days past due.
- A $15 late fee is added to invoices more than 7 days past due.
- If an invoice reaches 15 days past due, we may temporarily suspend the live site (replace it with a brief "site temporarily unavailable" page) until the balance is paid. There is a $25 reactivation fee to bring the site back online.
- If an invoice reaches 30 days past due, we may terminate service under section 8. Any domain we purchased on your behalf can still be transferred to you at no cost per section 6, provided the outstanding balance is paid first.
4. Timeline
- Free custom demo delivered within ~5 business days of receiving your info.
- Full site launched within ~2 weeks of receiving all content and approvals.
5. What's included every month
- Hosting, SSL certificate, and security updates.
- Unlimited small content edits (text and photo swaps, up to ~30 minutes per month).
- Email support with a 1 business-day response time (same-day for Growth tier).
6. Ownership & separation
Website files and code.
Flex the Web retains ownership of the website's underlying files, source code, and design assets. If you decide to stop working with Flex the Web, we do not transfer or hand off the website files to you or to a new developer. You are free to screenshot any pages of your live website and share those screenshots with a new developer, or use them as a reference to rebuild your site elsewhere. Because our websites are priced significantly below custom-agency rates, this policy is how we recoup the cost of building a premium site.
Domain name (URL).
If Flex the Web purchased your domain name on your behalf, we will transfer it to you at no cost upon written request when you cancel service. Domains you purchased yourself and pointed to our hosting always remain yours.
7. Content you provide
You'll provide logos, photos, and copy you'd like on the site. By providing them, you confirm you own them or have permission to use them, and you grant us permission to publish them on your website.
7a. Portfolio sample & free link
By working with Flex the Web and signing this agreement, you agree that your finished website may be displayed or linked on flextheweb.com (for example, in our portfolio or samples section) as a sample of our work. This is also a free link that may help direct potential visitors to your business. You may request removal of this display or link at any time by emailing info@flextheweb.com; we will process the request within 10 business days.
8. Termination
Either party may cancel monthly service at any time with 15 days' written notice to info@flextheweb.com. Upon cancellation, your live site will be taken offline unless you have requested a domain transfer as described in section 6.
